I'm still not put back together after the sleep disruptions last week. I'm useless, and I have a hard time going to sleep, and I gain weight and it's really hard to get back to what passes for normal after I have one stupid late night -- it takes a bunch of tries before I get back to almost sleeping enough and having enough energy and intitiative and remembering things.
Oh well. To work. On other stuff. For real today, not like yesterday.
