I've been trying to modify the colors on this page. It doesn't work for me. Whatever color numbers I put in, the colors stay the same. This is not important, so I'm going to stop.
I've only been up half an hour and I've already been thwarted twice. I also thought I'd prime the little bit of back wall, and well, I was thwarted twice there too, but only one was a fatal thwart: I couldn't find anything to stand on, so I was going to paint all that I could reach, and then: I discovered that the wall needs sanding . . . and my hands are just now recovering from the last useful thing I did, and I'm not going to do that to myself.
I will, however, do some useful things today. And also work on the novel. I'm not going to write much, if anything, today: today's for looking over the old version and mining it for the new version.
