The three proposals on the table in Seattle are:
1. cancel the season
2. allow a very curtailed season
3. allow fishing at 2005 levels which were 60% of normal
The suspension of krill fishing within the US 200 mile limit has been adopted as a proposal.
The real decisions are made next month, I think in Sacramento.
