This is more like it. But it just keeps getting more complicated. Maybe it's not going to be as short as I thought it would be.

I'm very pleased with the baby naming party I just threw in for background while the good bureaucrat is running messages between the workers' committee and dissidents on the the development committee. I didn't know for sure he was going to do this: I thought I knew everything, but now that I get to the spot where it all happens, I realize it was just "stuff happens" and not a story, before.

Anyway, it is coming clear and the story is making more sense, but it's much more tangled than it was.

Meanwhile, over in rasfc, I can't tell which is worse: the political back and forth and back and forth, or the complaints about it. So I started some Nicoll threads and proceeded to misspell his name, which is embarrassing, especially since I know James cares.
