Sea of Insanity returns (1200 trasnscription, and some other stuff)

My favorite webcomic is updating again!!! LKM, the artist of Sea of Insanity, is back from almost a year in Japan and has taken up the story right from where it left off.

I'll be updating The Donor in a couple of days myself.

But mostly what I did today was find other editors to send a query for The Conduit to. This is because I had the genuius idea I can query other houses and wait until I get a nibble from one of them before I withdraw the submission from the current place. I'm pretty much reconciled to the fact that I won't get read by them, ever, let alone published by them, though I'm still holding out some hope and I don't want to do precipitate things. So tomorrow I'll be sending out those queries. Superstitiously, I think that would be the time that I would get some sort of response, but I don't expect it. Maybe my name starts with the wrong letter of the alphabet, or maybe I've done something fatally wrong that I don't know about. Anyway, I've got some leads.

On other fronts, my son reports to me that the Kurds of Iraq have been invading Iran. He calls them the Hmong of the Middle East.
