whoops

No Sallie Mae loan after all.

The school code for 2nd Faculty Charles University Medical which does exist does not exist in Sallie Mae Signature. So we're back to Stafford and GHelp which failed us before and I can't remember how or why.

But now I have to go to work and I can't get back on the phone again. Oh, and I missed my window for taking papers to the person at the University and asking her who was that weird woman who called me on the phone to berate me a couple of days ago and spoke so fast I couldn't get her number and said she needed more papers but didn't tell me what they all were, just told me two of them and said and all that like I knew what it was and referred me to a letter which I can't find. She was bizarrely hostile considering she's talking to a new widow who's never heard from her before.

So I need to talk to the local lady and find out what I'm really supposed to do.

I think I just figured out why my browser crashed a moment ago. I've been telling firfox updater to shut up and go away, I don't want to update, for days now, and it's been getting increasingly frantic. Now it seems to be downloading an update even though I told it no. I tried to cancel it but I don't think I succeeded.

What the hell? I thought Firefox was supposed to be unobtrusive?
And why do my clothes smell like dog? I just washed them!
