(no subject)

How come I have had so mujch trouble logging in today? First I logged in. Then I went to post and it demanded that I log in again. Post successful, so I must be logged in, right? No, when I went to comment I was not logged in again.

Hullo there. As to your problem...when you got to the login options page did you set "expiration" to "never" and "bind to ip address" to "no"?

No, it shouldn't have to do with that. I have "when browser closes" and "no." But I didn't close a browser: all I did was click on "update journal" and then follow links to leave comments. I seem to stay logged in now, though.

The IP address can change, if the connection between your home and the local telco is flaky. So maybe that's what happenned.

Or maybe LJ was just overloaded that day.
