Why is there an Australian science fiction publishing house named Ticonderoga?

It makes no sense at all.

Knowing nothing about it, I can only guess someone came across the word and thought it was cool and memorable. (I'm assuming they don't learn about Fort Ticonderoga and Ethan Allen in Australian schools.)
