Ooh, green chile soup sounds wonderful. One of the things I truly miss from my time living in New Mexico is green chile. You can get little cans of diced green chile here for some sense of DIY, but it's not the same and they're almost non-existent in restaurants. I could really go for a green chile, onion, and cheese omelet right about now...
