I'm stopping. I'm, doing better, obviously, but I'm not sailing yet. I had to do some more listmaking. I keep writing myself, not into corners, but into blind curves. I'm at 15K or so words for the book so far. A fifth of the way through the draft? A sixth?
Zak is putting up the door I painted and the dog resents it.
It's supposed to stop raining for a week tomorrow. I'll believe it when I see it. If it does, I have a year's worth of garden work to do and I want to go look for chanterelles.
