He's definitely dying. The hospital is full of people come to say goodbye. They've suspended the two visitors rule.

The doctor on his case says it's been an honor to work with him. We said we were sorry he hadn't got to really meet him, and he said he feels he gets to know patients in cases like this through their families.

Death mask biography coming.

While I never met him, your posts about him have given me an echo of what he means to you.

Lucy, I'm so very sorry.

I hope you'll be able to remember with pleasure the need to suspend the two-visitor rule.

Sympathies. It sounds like he meant quite a lot to quite a lot of people.

Oh Lucy, I'm so sorry. I would have loved to have known him, but at least I know some of his work.

From what you said of him over the years on rasf* and here, he sounded like a great person. I am very sorry, and thinking of you.

Hello, I don't know you but have known Luis off and on for many years, through Reclaiming and Anarchist and Martin's circles. I didn't get to say goodbye to Luis because I've been sick all week (so didn't make my Martin's shift) and just found out about his hospitalization from Kelly at Martin's yesterday. She called me this morning with the news. Wanted to let you know I wrote this today:
