Broccoli romanesque with romesco sauce
Romaine lettuce with roma tomatoes
Rotelle with romano cheese
portobello mushrooms with rosemary
pastel de tres leches con rompope y fresas

The thing is, this is a doable menu, seasonable, eatable, and quite my style. I think we'll have it on Tuesday. I will giggle. Nobody will know what I am up to. I might not do the cake. It requires condensed andevaporated milk. At least the strawberries will be in season (note to people in less clement climates: nyaa-nyaa).

I'm sure I'm happy for you. We've got a massive overlap between the grapes-and-stone fruit-and-melons seasons and the apple-and-pear seasons and the persimmon-and-citrus seasons, and the berries never go out of season, due to some bizarre sleight of hand that takes place in the field.
