The news is full of FEMA businesssince they've only just now opened an office there. The town's demographics make it sort of look like
The Salinas of Mississippi.
There's another storm coming, which may miss Mississippi but if it does it's not likely to miss Louisiana and Texas.
They apparently have been pretty well devastated, but they've been taking care of their own.
Oh, and that's where they sent Frank.
