dinner Thursday: cabbage and sausage, with salad of mixed greens and pomegranate seeds.
dinner yesterday:bechamel of coccoli mushrooms with chanterelle buttons, peas, and a miscellaneous blue-staining bolete: and salad of mixed greens and pomegranate seeds.
snack for the nice fellow today: red grapes and pomegranate seeds, dressed with sour cream and brown sugar. Snack for me: pomegranate seeds out of the shell.
dinner: chicken in pomegranate sauce, braised mixed greens (mainly baby kale and red cabbage), polenta.
lunch Wednesday: green cabbage, pomegranates, and cashews.
Does anybody know how to get pomegranate juice out of the hands? Last week's stain is still persisting, and now I'm handling the buggers again.
