My dog still stinks

Well, I guess whatever the dog rolled in it wasn't feces, because feces washes off.   I have washed her in shampoo and in dish soap, and treated her with deskunker (which does not seem to work if the stink is not skunk) and tomato juice.  Next up: baking soda, vinegar, and dog doesn't know what all else.

The smell is definitely from rolling around during the walk, and not internal, from something she ate?

Is your vet open? Would they have any ideas? I tried a little Googling, but without going to ads, I didn't find anything that looked useful.
