stupid apple tree

Doesn't understand "dormant season." Never dropped all its leaves and now it's leafing out. It's supposed to blossom on bare branches, rather late in the fruit tree blossoming season. And I'm supposed to prune it on a dry day when it has no leaves. Dry day? No leaves?

Summer pruning for all around from now on. They grow too fast anyway.
