This time when I went to give blood they said my blood was "lowlowlow" (the machine reads LLL), which is under 10.5. I thought I had fixed this crap.
At least it explains why I've been so unreasonably tired the last couple days.

I think I should be forcing more exercise when I'm feeling low and sleepy and achy, too, because I think it will oxgenate my blood better, but to tell the truth I can't find a scrap of actual medical evidence to support this specific idea. But wise heads agree that exercise is good.
Thank you. You are clearly a wonderful person, to intervene for your neighbor and to ask in on me.

Exercise is always good, whether it has an effect upon a particular condition or not. The rest of your body and its systems -- which are needing to compensate for this -- will benefit from the extra care and attention.
Woo, don't I sound like a wise person impersonator. I am not wise (any more than good -- actually I'm pretty not nice!). But I do have a whole lot of experience with what physical exertion can and cannot do to improve one's life lived with a chronic condition that limits one in so many ways.
You like music. Would it be of any joy to you to put aside a bit of time everyday to dance to your favorite booty-shakin' sounds? Also basic ballet is tremendous for so much -- except you have to put up with all those people who are actually good and talented and know everything. Yet -- basic ballet is one of the most beneficial body works you can do.
I'm just talking here, but it is good for you to take care of yourself in everyway you can manage.
I also know one can get pretty tired of having to think about these things all the time, all your life ....
