Commentary:

The link at the end is to a Polish telephone company. The string in the "from" address yields nothing from a google search and I don't know how to do a whois.

All I can say is, what a weird way to advertise telephones.

I suspect the poetry is there to try to fake out Bayesian or similar word-frequency based junk filters.
