In other words, sort of like almost everything else I've ever written. It gives editors the idea that there's a writer lurking back there, but it's not exactly publishable.

For what it's worth, I liked Chuy. I don't know that I liked what happened to him, but I did like the character, very much. But then, I like passive gits.
